Buffalo Trout Outfitters™ works with trusted third-party production and shipping partners to create and deliver your order. Because each item is made to order, shipping timelines may vary.

Order Processing Time

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
During periods of high demand or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after production is complete:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days
    Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Buffalo Trout Outfitters™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Buffalo Trout Outfitters™ is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with supporting documentation if needed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Buffalo Trout Outfitters™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
