At Buffalo Trout Outfitters™, each item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist with a replacement or resolution.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Once the issue is verified, we will work with our fulfillment partner to issue a replacement or, if necessary, a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Minor color variation due to screen vs. print differences

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Buffalo Trout Outfitters™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.
